Text Message Terms and Conditions
- You consent to receive automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (including SMS and MMS), such as shopping cart reminders, from Gusu Lacquerware. These messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile phone number you provided during registration or to another number you specify. Receiving automated marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and the frequency of messages may vary.
- Gusu Lacquerware reserves the right to adjust the frequency of messages at any time, including increasing or decreasing the total number of messages. We may also change the short codes or phone numbers from which we send messages and will notify you when we do. Please note that our messaging service is not supported on all mobile devices or in all regions. Gusu Lacquerware, its service providers, and participating mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or non-delivery of messages.
- To unsubscribe, you can text “STOP,” “END,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or “QUIT” to our number. After sending your cancellation request, you may receive a confirmation message that your request has been processed. Please note that our text messaging platform may not recognize cancellation requests that do not contain these keywords, and Gusu Lacquerware and its service providers are not responsible for this.
Individual Claims and Arbitration
You and Gusu Lacquerware agree that each party may bring claims against the other only in their individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. Unless both parties agree in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one individual’s claims, and may not preside over any form of a class proceeding.

When you visit our website, log in, register, or open an email, our online data partners or vendors may use cookies, advertising beacons, and similar technologies to associate these activities with information they or others hold about you (such as your email address). We also reserve the right to change, suspend or terminate any service when necessary, with or without prior notice to you.
